Toll House Cookies
3/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup potato starch flour
6 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
6 1/2 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp water
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
chocolate morsels
Sift together flours, salt and baking soda. Blend margarine, sugars, vanilla, water. Beat in egg. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts.
Drop by well-rounded teaspoonful on cookie sheet. BAKE 10-12 minutes in 375°F oven.
